Interventions

Remimazolam group:Intravenous remimazolam 0.1-0.2mg/kg during anesthesia induction, continuous intravenous infusion 1-2mg/(kg.h) of remimazolam during operation.

Propofol group:Intravenous propofol 1-2mg/kg during anesthesia induction, continuous intravenous infusion 1-2mg/(kg.h) of propofol during operation.

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who choose to take OPCABG for the first time; 2. Aged 40-70 years; 3. ASA physical status II-III; 3. Patients with a body mass of 55-90 kg; 4. NYHA class II or III; 5. With left ventricular ejection fraction > 0.4; 6. Patients with clear awareness and active cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension, severe lung, liver, kidney, coagulation dysfunction; 2. With long-term history of taking analgesic drugs or psychotropic drugs; 3. With combined with severe heart valve abnormalities.
