experiment group:resection of target organs of peritoneal carcinomatosis combined with extensive intraperitoneal lavage

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of colorectal cancer by pathologist, appendix tumor excluded; 3. Patients diagnosed with high-risk T3 (> 5mm) and T4 stage tumors and fulfill one of following high risks: (1) mucinous or signet ring cancer by pathology; (2) bowel obstruction; (3) bowel performation. 4. Patients with ECoG physical strength score 0-2; 5. Patients with normal function of important organs and tolerance to operation and anesthesia risks; 6. Patients who will sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose primary tumor cannot be resected by R0; 2. Patients who refuse to resect omentum, peritoneum, ligamentum teres hepatis and appendix; 3. patients who refuse extensive intraperitoneal lavage; 4. Patients with peritoneal metastasis observed during operation; 5. > 3 grade of neurotoxicity; 6. Patients diagnosed with other cancers in the past 5 years; 7. Patients enrolled into other clinical trials.
