Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the RA-ILD criteria: With rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and correspond to ACR/EULAR 2010 rheumatoid arthritis classification criteria[18]; 2. The pathological diagnosis is usual interstitial pneumonia, by lung biopsy through bronchoscope, and other possible diseases that may cause ILD; 3. Within 4 weeks before selection, patients had not taken any other disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) except cyclophosphamide; 4. The disease is active while cases filtering, meeting the following requirements: (1) Duration of morning stiffness >=60 min.; (2) The swelling level of joint >=3; (3) The level of joint tender >=8; (4) Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) > 28mm/h, or the level of C-reactive protein (CRP) >=1.5 ULN; The study was approved by the Ethical Review Committee (ERC). And all patients and their families had subscribed a consent form respectively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are disabled, bedridden, dependent on wheelchairs, unable to take care of themselves; 2. Those suffering from other rheumatic or autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); 4. Those suffering from malignant tumors, blood diseases; 5. With chronic History of infection, history of severe infection in the past 2 months or chance infection in the past 6 months; 6. With hepatitis, human immunodeficiency virus infection; 7. Patients with severe liver, kidney; 8. Patients with severe heart dysfunction and / or coagulation mechanism disorders; 9. With diabetes, peptic ulcer, severe osteoporosis, thyroid dysfunction; 10. With mental illness; 11. Patients with tuberculosis or (and) chest x-rays showing signs of infection in the lungs or close contact with patients with tuberculosis, suspected to have tuberculosis; 12. Patients who have used hormone in the past 1 month; 13. Patients who have participated in other drug trials or have recently used biologics. 14. Those who are Long-term smokers; 15. Pregnant or lactating women; 16. With allergic constitution and allergic to research drugs; 17. Patients with poor compliance who have not been tested and administered according to standards.
