Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation period is from January 2018 to June 2019; 2. Patients were diagnosed with ossificaiton of ligamentum flavum and underwent surgical treatment in our hospital; 3. Medical records and operation notes are complete, which can be used to determine whether there is dural ossification; 4. Preoperative CT images of the thoracic spine were complete and included a sagittal reconstruction series.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. OLF patients with thoracic trauma, infection, tumor or deformity; 2. OLF combined with Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), Scheuermanns disease, Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Skeletal fluorosis or severe rheumatism.
