Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female with bladder cancer; (2) RC(radical cystectomy) performed between the year 2006 and 2018; (3) Patients have a strong desire to preserve their pelvic organs (POPRC group); (4) Absence of tumour in bladder neck or urethra (POPRC group); (5) No tumor was found to have invaded the pelvic organ before or during the operation (6) Without missing of clinical or pathological information; (7) Voluntary participation, the participants himself or his legal representative sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of tumor surgery in obstetrics and gynecology; (2) Distant metastasis; (3) History of other malignant tumor; (4) Missing of clinical or pathological information; (5) The other condition that is not suitable to participate in this study by the researchers.
