Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years of age; 2. BMI>=24; 3. MetS patients (according to the standard diagnosis jointly developed by the International Diabetes Federation IDF and AHA / NHLBI in 2009): matches any of the following 5 indicators: (1) Central obesity: waist circumference =85 cm for men, >=80 cm for women; (2) TG >=1.7 mmol/L, or in treatment; (3) HDL-C =130 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=85 mmHg, or in treatment or previously diagnosed hypertension; (5) FPG >=5.6 mmol/L (100 mg/dL), or have previously been diagnosed as or treated for type 2 diabetes; 4. Possesses mobile network access and use capabilities; 5. Willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment: ALT or AST exceeds 2 times the normal up limit, and creatinine exceeds 3 times the normal up limit; 2. Complicated with tumor; 3. Women in pregnancy or lactation; 4. Participation in other clinical trials.
