Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute pancreatitis patients; 2. At admission, serum triglyceride (TG)> 11.3 mmol / L or blood triglyceride between 5.65 to 11.3 mmol / L and the serum is milky, which is consistent with the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Based on medical history, biochemical examination and hepatobiliary imaging examination, exclude other causes, gallstone disease, drinking, overeating, hypercalcemia, etc .; 2. Local complications (pancreatic necrosis, pseudocyst, pancreatic abscess); 3. Organ failure; 4. Ranson score >= 3; Apache II score >= 8; CT grade D, E. 5. With other malignancies; 6. Biliary calculi, Oddi sphincter dysfunction, drug-induced AP, bacterial diseases and other infections; 7. Pregnant women; 8. Other patients who were deemed unfit for the study;
