Shiver during cesarean section

Interventions

Group 1:Preoperative intravenous pump of dexmedetomidine 0.5ug / kg
Group 2:Preoperative injection of dexmedetomidine at Neiguan point 0.5ug / kg
Group 3:Preoperative intravenous pumping of the same amount of saline

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I, II, aged 18 to 40 years, height 155 to 170 cm, weight 60 to 100 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Core body temperature above 37.5 degree C or below 36.5 degree C, body mass index> 30kg / m2, contraindications to spinal canal anesthesia, heart disease, mental history, patients taking alpha receptor antagonist drugs, hypertension or any other disease; Antihypertensive drugs, renal failure, liver failure, a history of allergies to the study drug, excessive bleeding requiring transfusion, spinal cord insufficiency or failure or incompleteness were excluded from the study.
