Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of NAION. 1. There was a sudden painless visual acuity decline in one eye with or without relative pupillary afferent block (RAPD); 2. The patient has localized or diffuse papilledema with or without linear hemorrhage around the papilla, which may be accompanied by a small amount of subretinal fluid between the papilla and the macula; 3. With defect of visual field; 4. OCT shows that the patients have varying degrees of optic disc edema and thickening of optic nerve fiber layer; 5. Fluorescence angiography (FFA) shows that the ischemic area of the optic papilla in the early stage is localized weak fluorescence, while the compensatory expansion and leakage of capillaries on the surface of the ischemic area in the late stage resulted in strong fluorescence; 6. The patients' visual evoked potential (PVEP) showed a decrease in P100 wave amplitude, with or without prolongation of latency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other neuro-ophthalmic diseases; 2. The patients have a major chronic disease or mental disorder that cannot cooperate with clinical examination; 3. Refuse to accept clinical examination and follow-up.
