Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Patients with indwelling catheter after tracheotomy; 4. Patients with a course of 14-90 days, tracheotomy for 1-30 days and stable vital signs; 5. The subject or his/her family (guardian) must sign the informed consent after being informed of the relevant matters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lung, liver, kidney and heart diseases and serious diseases of various systems; 2. Patients with previous history of COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer, chest trauma and pneumothorax; 3. Patients with large back lesions; 4. Patients with serious adverse reactions who did not complete the observation course specified in the study; 5. Patients who voluntarily give up or cannot cooperate with treatment, observation and examination.
