Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Typical patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia from 2021 to 2023 (diagnostic criteria: consensus of Chinese experts on diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, Chinese Journal of surgery, (2015)); 2. Aged 20-60 years; 3. The course of disease is more than 2 years; 4. Willing to sign informed consent. Healthy control group: 1. The healthy volunteers are 20-60 years old who will be examined by lung CT, abdominal B-ultrasound, blood routine test, liver and kidney function test to eliminate serious diseases of various systems and acute and chronic inflammatory diseases; 2. Aged 20-60 years; 3. They are enrolled in the group after they are informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial space occupation or other neurological lesions. 2. With infection in one month. 3. With hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, malignant tumor and other serious diseases. 4. Patients with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases.
