Age
18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years; 2. Women who have given birth; 3. Premenopausal women; 3. Preoperative image indicating MCT, unilateral tumor with maximum diameter of 5-10 cm; 4. Without malignant possibilities; 5. AFP within normal range; 6. Patients accept one of the two surgical methods. 7. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency; 2. With history of rectal surgery; 3. With pelvic inflammatory disease, or active lower genital tract infection; 4. Pregnancy; 5. With severe adhesions in operationmalignancy found in operation; 6. With mental illness impairing communication and follow-up; 7. Patients with mental illness affect communication and are difficult to follow up.
