Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who have a diabetes course of >= 10 years or an age of >= 55 years at the time of enrollment and who agree to sign the informed consent form are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without detailed diagnosis, examination results or medication information.
