Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This is a retrospective study on robotic NOSES for patients with sigmoid and rectal neoplasms performed by two surgeons,Given that our study focuses on the LC of robotic NOSES for patients with sigmoid and rectal neoplasms, cases combining the resection of other organs, such as ovariectomy and hysterectomy, were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age =28 kg/m2; (8) patients with severe cardiorespiratory comorbidities that cannot tolerate robotic NOSES.
