18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the criteria of ACLF, with 1-3 organ failure in six organs; 2. Aged between 18-70 years old; 3. Female subjects of childbearing age agree to use contraception throughout study period; 4. The subjects have no mental illness or language dysfunction, could understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the criteria of ACLF, with over 3 organ failure in six organs; 2. With liver cancer or other malignancies; 3. Patients with severe chronic extrahepatic organ failure; 4. Pregnancy and lactation; 5. Patients use immunosuppressants, including glucocorticoids, for diseases other than the liver in the near future (within 1 year); 7. Other situations that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
