Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients confirmed to be infected with SARS-CoV-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in the project; 2. Patients developed symptoms caused by other pathogens rather than the SARS-CoV-2, and there was no evidence show that patients were infected with SARS-CoV-2.
