60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60-80 years; 2. Nodules and arbitrary PSA levels were found on digital rectal examination; 3. Rectal ultrasound showed hypoechoic nodules of the prostate or abnormal signals and arbitrary PSA levels on MRI; 4. PSA level > 10 g/L, free free PSA/total PSA (free PSA/total PSA,f/tPSA) and prostate specific antigen density (PSAD); 5. 4 powder g/L<= PSA level <= 10 g/L, abnormal f/tPSA value or abnormal PSAD value; 6. Allowed to prostate puncture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prostate volume: transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter and upper and lower diameter x 0.52 > 80ml; 2. Had taken painkillers before surgery; 3. Patients with acute prostatitis, patients with acute urinary retention and indwresting catheters within the last 2 weeks, patients who underwent lower urinary tract surgery and other related surgeries in the last 3 months. 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction, patients with coagulation dysfunction, patients with urinary tract infection, patients with congenital dysplasia, patients with cognitive dysfunction and patients with mental disorders.
