Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 and < 65 years of patients with schizophrenia; 2. Course < 2 years; 3. Accord with ICD - 10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 4. Always has not taken the risperidone and olanzapine; 5. Further improve the treatment effect of patients and reduce the side effects of drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Substance abuse or dependence patients; 2. Treatment-resistant schizophrenia patients; 3. Craniocerebral trauma history and lead to coma patients; 4. With serious and unstable body disease; 5. Patients with mental retardation; 6. Patients treated with MECT or clozapine in the past 3 months.
