18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery with general anesthesia , aged 18-65 years old, and 18.5 kg/m2 < BMI < 29.9 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The operation time is less than 3 hours;ASA III or IV;cardiac function III or IV; Previous medical history of heart, lung, liver and kidney, pregnant or lactating women; Intraoperative subcutaneous emphysema, mediastinal emphysema, pneumothorax and severe hypercapnia, or conversion to laparotomy.
