Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing general gastroscopy; 2. With trachea dysfunction; 3. pregnant women, children, age more than 80 years; 4. Patients with difficulty in intubation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
During the operation, the patient's volume of local exhaled air from the mouth and nose, the patient's heart rate, respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
New coronavirus infection before and after treatment, and new coronavirus infection among relevant medical staff (including chest CT, viral nucleic acid detection, clinical diagnosis, etc.);
