Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select patients with ASA I-III elective surgery; 1. Aged 65-85 years; 30 cases. 2. Aged over 85 years; 30 cases. 3. 30 young and middle-aged patients served as controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, and kidney dysfunction.
