Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years, undergoing elective partial liver resection patients with hepatic segment and above; 3. No significant abnormalities in heart and lung function before operation; 4. Liver function Child-Pugh grade A or B; 5. Diabetes or high Good blood pressure control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anemia, abnormal blood coagulation; 2. Coronary atherosclerosis; 3. Cerebrovascular accidents, 4. Allergies to narcotics, 5. Long-term sedation, 6. History of mental illness, 7. Non-sinus during operation, arrhythmia, duration greater than 5 minutes, 8. Surgery Assessing patients who are unsuitable for liver resection and controlled low central venous pressure failure, major intraoperative bleeding, and admitted to ICU after operation.
