Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years and older; (2) RNU performed between the year 2006 and 2017; (3) Disease in the renal pelvis or ureter; predominant urothelial carcinoma histology; (4) Locally advanced disease, defined as >= pT3 and/or pN1–3 (according to the local pathology report); (5) Without missing of clinical, pathological or follow-up information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Distant metastasis; (2) History of other malignant tumor; (3) History of neoadjuvant chemotherapy; (4) Missing of clinical, pathological or follow-up information; (5) The other condition that is not suitable to participate in this study by the researchers
