Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the United States CDC's staging criteria for infection case monitoring, HIV-infected patients were collected from the Department of Infectious Diseases, Beijing You'an Hospital, Capital Medical University: 10 cases of HIV-infected patients who did not receive HAART treatment in stages 0, 1, 2, 3; example. The basic information of clinical oral examination was collected, and the patient signed the agreement and passed the ethics committee review. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) Above 18 years old; (2) No lesions or damages in the oral mucosa; (3) Whole body healthy HIV antibody negative volunteers. Inclusion criteria for HIV-infected patients: (1) The clinical confirmation test is positive for HIV antibody test; (2) Above 18 years old; (3) No lesion or damage in the oral mucosa; (4) HIV-positive patients with stage 0, 1, 2, and 3 did not receive any treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Periodontal pockets >=4 mm, untreated cavity caries, oral abscesses, and missing teeth caused by various reasons for more than 8 teeth; (2) Those with mucosal lesions or damage in the oral cavity; (3) Those who have received HAART or other treatments; (4) have used glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants and antibiotics within 3 months; (5) have systemic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, lung, diabetes, hypertension, and other immune system diseases; (6) Other patients with tumor and mental illness; (7) Pregnant or lactating women.
