Experimental group:Patients undergo surgery under arthroscopy.
Control group:Patients undergo incision surgery.

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients aged between 18 and 40 years old; 2. patients have weak or deficiency of lateral ankle ligaments (Anterior talofibular ligament and/or Calcaneofibular ligament).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients that underwent surgery before; 2. patients with abnormal ankle force line; 3. patients with mid-late ankle osteoarthritis; 4. patients with other ligaments injury; 5. patients with other lesions or deformities in the lower limbs; 6. infection; 7. lower limb blood flow disorder; 8. patients with neuromuscular diseases; 9. patients with poor compliance.
