Male
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 30-70 years; 2) ASA I-II; 3) Adult female patients undergoing radical mastectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) infection at injection site; 2) liver and kidney dysfunction; 3) coagulation dysfunction; 4) arrhythmia; 5) mental disorder; 6) thyroid dysfunction; 7) severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 8) autonomic or central nervous system dysfunction; 9) history of couplant allergy; 10) distant metastasis of cancer cells; 11) patients with immune diseases; 12) patients who have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 13) patients who have received long-term oral sedatives.
