Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Weight less than 5kg; 2. Preoperative liver and kidney function is normal; 3. Normal coagulation function, and did no take drugs that affect the coagulation function; 4. Preoperative data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency or secondary surgery; 2. Palliative surgery; 3. Hemodynamic instability or emergency surgery; 4. Intraoperative hemorrhage and other surgical accidents; 5. Serious infection.
