Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with COPD confirmed in compliance with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2007 revision); 2. Patient cooperation, able to answer questions from medical staff independently, and possess basic literacy and communication skills; 3. All patients understand the research-related matters and voluntarily participate in signing written informed consent; 4. Have a fixed contact phone and WeChat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, accompanied by severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Combining diseases such as bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma; 3. Patients with mental disorders and severe cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe limb dysfunction.
