18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lateral ankle ligament ruptures were diagnosed by knee MRI or arthroscopy; (2) Aged 18-45 years; (3) No gender preference; (4) Signing informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With ankle osteoarthritis, III-IV degree articular cartilage injury, medial ligament damage, intra-articular fracture and other diseases; (2) Vascular injury or venous thrombosis was confirmed by preoperative conventional lower limb vein color ultrasound examination; (3) Nerve injury existed in the side lower limb; (4) Blood routine, heart, lung, liver, kidney function were obviously abnormal, compensatory function was insufficient, or existence of serious systemic disease; (5) Patients with neurological, mental system disorders, pregnant or lactating women, or those unsuitable for operation with a revelant disease history and serious organic disease; (6) Do not agree to the random allocation of surgery methods; (7) Participated in other clinical studies within three months; (8) Any situations the researchers believe that the cases should be excluded.
