18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65, male and female unlimited; 2. Meet the Hanfin and Rajka diagnostic criteria of atopic dermatitis; 3. Total SCORAD >=10 and skin lesions account for 10% in human body surface area; 4. Vital signs stable; 5. To sign the informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be not accordance with the atopic dermatitis diagnosis standards; 2. Patients are diagnosed as other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation; 3. Received systematic treatment of other research drugs, biological agents and immunosuppressive agents in 4 weeks, and treated with glucocorticoid, phototherapy in 2 weeks; 4. To be sensitive to CAP-treated gel; 5. To quit from the clinical trial because of personal reasons; 6. A history of hepatitis b or c, or HIV antibody positive; 7. A history of severe systemic disease or malignant tumor; 8. The female patients who are pregnant or in the suckling periods. 9. Other conditions that the researchers considered inappropriate for participation in the study.
