Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic ACL injury (injury time is more than 1 year); 2. Preoperative imaging data confirmed that ACL was broken or tension footprints disappeared; 3. The Kellgren Lawrence grade of knee osteoarthritis 1-3; 4. ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy for the first time; 5. aged 18-50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or subacute ACL injury or multiple ligament injury; 2. Knee joint with fracture, tumor or previous operation history or other knee joint diseases such as rheumatoid Arthritis or postoperative recurrent swelling, infection; 3. Patients with serious basic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, severe damage of liver and kidney function, etc; 4. Pregnant women; patients who may need to be pregnant during the trial.
