Interventions

Ropivacaine group:Ultrasound-guided injection of 20 ml 0.5% ropivacaine was performed around the brachial plexus of the supraclavicular
Dexamethasone group:Ultrasound-guided injection of 20 ml 0.5% ropivacaine + 8 mg dexamethasone was administered around the brachial plexus of the supraclavicular
Dexmedetomidine group:Ultrasound-guided injection of 20 ml 0.5% ropivacaine + 0.1 g/Kg dexmedetomidine was administered around the brachial plexus of the supraclavicular

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I - III; 2. aged 18-60 years; 3. BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Injection site with infection; 2. Combined with central or peripheral neuropathy; 3. Sinus bradycardia; 4. Diabetes; 5. Long term steroid use or other serious systemic diseases; 6. Allergy to the local anesthetics or adjuvants; 7. Pregnant or nursing women; 8. Refuse to participate in the study.
