Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose histology or cytology is diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer; 2. The patient in the pathological diagnosis workstation has a doctor's advice to show ALK detection; 3. In the absence of sufficient tissue specimens or cytological specimens, ALK testing using blood specimens for exploratory studies can be included in the group; 4. Sufficient tissue specimens or cytological specimens for NGS detection and RT-PCR, FISH detection of ALK gene; 5. Solid tumor patients who are targeted for target screening using the NGS technology with ALK gene in NGS panel;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ALK testing by a third party outside the hospital; 2. Patients with different types of specimens for NGS and RT-PCR, FISH for ALK gene; 3. Patients without tumor cells in pleural effusion; 4. Detection results using a multi-target RT-PCR method.
