Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.25-55 years old; 2.ASA physical status?-?; 3.BMI 18-27 kg/m2; 4.Agreed to participate in the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to narcotic drugs; 2.Alcohol abuse; 3.Suffered from neurological diseases before surgery and took sleeping pills and sedatives for a long time; 4.Anemia, Hb less than 90g/L; 5.Diabetes; 6.Moderate and severe hypertension; 7.Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 8.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9.Thyroid dysfunction; 10.Postmenopausal women; 11.Participate in other clinical trials at the same time; 12.Refusal to sign informed consent.
