Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60 years, no gender restriction; 2. BMI 20-28kg / ?; 3. ASA I-II grade; 4. Moyamoya disease diagnosis of confirmed imaging; 5. No history of hypertension or have high blood pressure but good blood pressure control; 6. No history of diabetes or good blood sugar control; 7. Clear consciousness and ability to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of intracranial ischemia; 2. Thrombus formation in lower limb veins; 3. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. Severe organic disease; 5. Mental system disease; 6. Drug abuse; 7. Patients with abnormal blood coagulation function; 8. Patients with difficulty in tracheal intubation; 9. Patients with infections on the surgical side of the neck.
