Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I- II term nulliparas ( > 37 weeks); 2. Parturient of singleton; 3. Primiparous woman with vertex presentation fetuses; 4. Desiring epidural labor analgesia at our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications of epidural labor analgesia; 2. Those who are Obese (BMI >= 30 kg/m2); 3. Patients coexisting pregnancy-induced problems or organ disease (eg, preeclampsia, diabetes or heart diseases); 4. VAS <= 3 before analgesia. 5. Refuser.
