Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of sepsis, SOFA score >=2.0; 2. signs of gut dysfunction: 1) feeding intolerance syndrome; 2) intra-abdominal hypertension; 3) lower digestive tract paralysis; 4) bowel dilatation; 3. meet the following conditions: 1) aged 18 to 75 year; 2) weight 40 to 100 kg; 3) written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary gut disease (ulcer, bleeding); 2. hypokalemia; 3. women in pregnancy and lactation; 4. patients with definite indication of abdominal operation; 5. fasting and enema contraindications due to operation and other reasons; 6. patients with systemic failure at the end of chronic diseases; 7. those with basic diseases that seriously affect the outcome of diseases such as tumors; 8. those who refuse routine treatment; 9. those unwilling to accept research measures; 10. mental cases; 11. those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 30 days; 12. those considered unsuitable for clinical study by clinicians.
