Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From March 2020 to March 2022, according to the diagnostic criteria jointly formulated by the American Diabetes Association and International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes, at the same time, it is still controversial to use HbA1 result alone as a standard to diagnose diabetes in children, diabetes can be diagnosed if it meets one of the following three criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose >=7.00 mmol/L; 2. 2-hour post-load glucose 11.1 mmol/l (>=200 mg/dl) during an OGTT(Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) (1.75 g/kg). The test should be performed using a glucose load containing the equivalent of 75 g anhydrous glucose dissolved in water or 1.75 g/kg of body weight to a maximum of 75 g; 3. there are "three more and less" symptoms of diabetes and random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L. If there is no typical symptom of diabetes in any of the above methods, it must be reexamined the next day before diagnosis. Including all newly diagnosed diabetics and old diabetics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: After diagnosis of diabetes, children with insulin autoantibody positive diabetes did not participate in the study of the precise diagnosis and treatment in Chinese children and adolescents
