Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as primary glioma by imaging. Before the tumor resection in our hospital, they had no history of brain trauma, operation and auxiliary treatment (such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc., except for the treatment of drug-induced intracranial pressure reduction); 2.there was glioma-related epilepsy before operation; 3. Aged > 18years old; 4. Random grouping within 7 days after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The postoperative pathological result shows : non-glioma (WHO grade II-IV) [According to the pathological diagnosis standard of nervous system tumor (WHO, 2016 version)]; 2. No standardized postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy according to the pathological results; 3. Those allergic to levetiracetam; 4. For patients with primary epilepsy, status epileptics, have a long-term history of AED drugs, long-term use of addictive drugs such as some sedative pain drugs, antipsychotic drugs, etc., have a combination of other diseases such as dementia or mental state abnormality; 5. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction and other surgical contraindications; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. The patients considered by the researchers are not suitable for the study.
