Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All staff, excluding the internship and probationer, who aged from 18y to 60y and volunteered for this survey, were included in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Employees who go out for further study or leave, people with previous mental disorders, and sufferers who recently undergo a major injury to work or family life, were excluded in this survey.
