Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, regardless of sex. 2. Patients with atopic dermatitis who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of Hanifin & Rajka atopic dermatitis. 3. The diameter of target lesions is 2-10cm, located in the extremities or trunk. 4. Total skin lesions less than 10% of body surface area; 5. The total score of symptoms and signs is greater than 5 points; 6. Can adhere to the requirements of the use of study drugs and regular follow-up. 7. Subject instructions have been read, agreed and signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the study drug. 2. The rash is locally associated with viral, bacterial or fungal infection. 3. Serious liver and kidney diseases, blood diseases, autoimmune diseases, chronic severe infections, diabetes, mental illness, etc. 4. Malignant tumors or other serious diseases that may interfere with the proper evaluation of efficacy. 5. Topical corticosteroid withdrawal time was less than 1 week; 6. Systemic corticosteroids and other immunosuppressants (e. g. tripterygium wilfordii) were discontinued for less than 4 weeks. 7. Pregnant women. 8. Skin lesions on the face and skin folds. 9. Other reasons the researchers considered unsuitable for inclusion.
