Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with selective partial pneumonectomy under thoracoscopy; 2. Aged from 1 month to 8 years, with a weight range of more than 2kg; 3. ASA I-II; 4. Without respiratory tract infection before operation, etc.; 5. Whose guardian will sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. One lung ventilation failed; 2. Participated in another clinical study in the past 30 days.
