Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with craniocerebral injury, cervical spine injury and stroke, with dyspnea, blood oxygen saturation less than 90%, present with signs of hypoxia, need long-term mechanical ventilation or long-term tracheal intubation; 2. The age more than 18 years old, or the height more than 160cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation or long-term oral anticoagulant therapy; 3. There is space-occupying lesions, infectious disease or developmental deformity in the operation area; 4. There is history of tracheotomy.
