Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficulty in vascular puncture; 2. Patients who need vascular puncture; 3. Patients or their families sign the informed consent for catheterization and informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection, edema, burn, etc. at the puncture site; 2. Thrombosis or anatomical deformity of the ipilateral vessel.
