18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years and < 85 years; 2. History of first-time ischemic stroke; ischemic stroke is defined according to WHO diagnostic criteria. 3. CT scan of the head was completed when the stroke occurred; 4. Good CT image quality; 5. Can cooperate with follow-up; 6. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With atrial fibrillation, heart valve disease, and other heart diseases that are likely to cause cardiac emboli; 2. Intracranial hemorrhage found on brain CT; previous history of intracranial hemorrhage; arterial-venous Malformations, arteriovenous fistulas or aneurysms; history of malignant tumors; 3. Combined with other systemic diseases like renal failure (creatinine level> 300 µmol / L), liver cirrhosis, severe dementia or mental illness; brain imaging findings of brain tumors Or other non-ischemic brain injury lesions; thrombocytopenia (platelet count <100,000 / mm3).
