Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) was classified as grade I-III; 2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Patients who understood and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who changed from laparoscopic operation to laparotomy; 2. Patients had shoulder pain and long-term use of analgesics before operation; 3. The patients with mental and cognitive dysfunction or language and hearing impairment can not cooperate with the follow-up; 4. During the follow-up period, those who were unwilling to cooperate with the researchers or the follow-up data were incomplete.
