Interventions

PCV1:Conventional mechanical ventilation, using fresh air flow 2L / min, VT 8ml / kg, FiO2 60%, RR 12 times / min, breathing ratio 1: 2, adjust the breathing frequency as appropriate to maintain PaCO2
PCV2:During the operation, a ventilation strategy with a small tidal volume of VT 6ml / kg and PEEP 6cm H2O was used. The other ventilation strategy was the same as the PV1 group.
PLIP+2:Take the pressure value corresponding to the inflection point under the P-V curve of the inspiratory phase displayed by the Drager Infinity Deltaxl monitor after 10 minutes of conventional mech

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 90 patients with stable COPD who need general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. 2. The ASA classification is I to II, both men and women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were allergic to narcotics; 2. With abnormal blood coagulation function; 3. With severe cardiovascular disease (severe valvular disease, left ventricular ejection fraction = III, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, etc.)with lung diseases other than COPD (pulmonary fibrosis, lung infections, etc.); 4. With neurological disease (history of stroke, cerebrovascular embolism, etc.); 5. With liver and kidney dysfunction;with a mental illness; 6. Who need surgery again due to changes in disease.
