55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female; 2. Aged 55-75 years, menopause no less than 12 months 3. The participants whose T-score is less than - 2.5 and who are initially diagnosed with osteoporosis or who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis but have not been treated or who have a history of brittle fracture are included in the case group; the participants whose T-score is more than - 1 are included in the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants diagnosed with systemic serious organic diseases in the past 3 months (such as diabetes, malignant tumors, etc.). 2. Participants who have had intestinal inflammatory diseases within 3 months (such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis, etc.). 3. Currently suffering from acute inflammatory diseases (such as diarrhea, herpes, acute cholecystitis, etc.). 4. Participants who had received oral antibiotic treatment within 3 months. 5. Patients with a history of partial or total colectomy. 6. Secondary osteoporosis caused by medication or endocrine, digestive, urinary or other system diseases.
