Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer were diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma, follicular thyroid carcinoma or mixed thyroid carcinoma. 2) All patients were treated with 131I thyroidectomy after discontinuation of thyroxine sodium and low iodine diet for 3-4 weeks. 3) Patients who can cooperate with the test. 4)All patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, as well as diabetes, hypertension and hypotension. 2) The patient had previous history of salivary gland disease, head and neck radiation therapy, or autoimmune disease. 3) The patient had taken drugs that affected salivary secretion, such as anticholinergics, antidepressants, or ß-adrenergic blockers, during the study period.
