65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 65 years old; 2. Patients who will receive thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital; 3. ASA I - III; 4. Heart Function Level I - II; 5. Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With congestive heart failure; 2. With severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. With spinal deformity, paraspinal space occupying; 4. Patients with complicated empyema and infection of puncture site; 5. Long-term history of taking diazepam, anti-sympathetic and antipsychotic medications.
